1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KubeOrch (kubeorch.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Service Description
KubeOrch provides a visual Kubernetes orchestration platform. The Community edition is open-source under the Apache 2.0 License. Pro and Enterprise editions are managed services with additional features.
3. Open Source License
The KubeOrch open-source software is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. You may freely use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with that license. The full license text is available at github.com/KubeOrch.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features (such as the managed dashboard or waitlist), you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use KubeOrch to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Use the service for cryptocurrency mining without permission
6. Pro and Enterprise Plans
Pro and Enterprise plans are currently in development (waitlist). Once available, specific terms regarding pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds will apply and be communicated separately.
7. Intellectual Property
The KubeOrch name, logo, and branding are the property of KubeOrch. The open-source software is licensed under Apache 2.0. All other content, design, and materials on kubeorch.dev are protected by copyright.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
KubeOrch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KubeOrch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
